Our official refund policy for all AcuteTools products is as follows: AcuteTools will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any product within 60 days of the date of purchase. After 60 days all sales are final.
When a customer reaches us by email at support@acutetools.com or uses our support ticket system our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a customer may be unsatisfied by our product for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a refund may be processed. Please note: refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund. We need either your order receipt or your email address to process a refund.
Customers requesting a return within 60 days of purchase will usually be approved by our customer service team if the customer provides evidence that their case merits a return and refund.
Customers requesting a refund after 60 days will be directed to our technical support. In very special cases, we may allow a refund up to 90 days after the date of the customer's purchase.
